The Museum System of Iola di Montese is managed by the Gruppo Culturale Il Trebbo APS, a non-profit association founded in January 1988 which in 2019 became a Social Promotion Association. The Memorie d'Italia museum was founded by the Andrea and Giuliano Gandolfi brothers in 2010. It is hosted in the former rectory of the church of Iola di Montese together together with the Museo Raccolta di Cose Montesine.

Services to the public:
Guided tours by reservation for school groups. Lessons for school. Guided tours for groups by reservation on +39 320 4397331. The view lasts approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. The requested contribution is 10 euros per person up to 5 visitors. 8 euros per person from 6 to a maximum of 12 visitors. Children up to 10 years old do not pay.
